It's time to lose some weight again

The weight has been steadily creeping up again; I love eating. I went to see my Mom today and she asked if I was getting fatter again.

  1. Drink more water
  2. Sleep more
  3. Exercise more. More push ups, squats, and sit ups.
  4. Walk more
  5. No sugary drinks
  6. No Sugar
  7. No Processed food
  8. No Rice
  9. No Eating after 6 pm
  10. Don't eat anything until I am super hungry
  11. No Snacks between meals
