It's time to lose some weight again

The weight has been steadily creeping up again; I love eating. I went to see my Mom today and she asked if I was getting fatter again.
- Drink more water
- Sleep more
- Exercise more. More push ups, squats, and sit ups.
- Walk more
- No sugary drinks
- No Sugar
- No Processed food
- No Rice
- No Eating after 6 pm
- Don't eat anything until I am super hungry
- No Snacks between meals
